    Dear colleagues,

In a few short weeks we will see you in beautiful Sorrento either in person or virtually for #CAIS2022

We are sending a copy of the FINAL conference program.

We are no longer accepting changes.

Please note that all fully online and hybrid sessions are indicated on the conference program.

Shortly before the conference, we will publish all the necessary Zoom links for hybrid and fully online sessions. You will be notified when these are available.

A review of our membership payments and registrations indicates that many colleagues have not paid one or both of these.

Colleagues who have not paid membership and registration by May 23, 2022 will be removed from the program.

    Sincerely,

    CAIS Organizing Committee

    Dear CAIS colleagues,

As the deadline for the submission of sessions and papers proposals approaches, we would like to give you some more information about our upcoming conference in Sorrento.

The fee to participate in the conference is 75 euros. The organizing committee has decided to adopt a unique fee for all presenters in order to facilitate all organizational procedures and provide the best experience to the participants.

Sessions can be composed by speakers that will present their paper in person, and other speakers that will present virtually. These hybrid sessions will have the same duration as the other sessions (90 minutes).

Multiple sessions can be organized by the same person, and in the case of many paper proposals for one session, this can be split into numerous sub-sessions (marked as I, II, III, and so on). What is not possible is for the same person to present two different papers in different sessions.

The program will be circulated towards the end of April. Please let us know if you have any special scheduling needs when submitting the form for your complete session.

We will update our website very shortly with information pertaining to logistics for getting to Sorrento, transfers, hotels, restaurants, etc.

Last, but not least, we are very excited to welcome four incredible keynote speakers! Have a look here.

We look forward to receiving your sessions and papers!

    Dear colleagues,

As the fall semester winds down, I would like to take this opportunity to remind you of our CFP for our CAIS 2022 which is scheduled to take place at the Sant’Anna Institute in Sorrento from June 2-5, 2022. Given the current concerns around COVID variants, we continue to monitor the situation. We will provide more details regarding the conference delivery mode and programming in early 2022.

We are looking forward to receiving your session proposals. For more information, please visit our website.

With the holiday season now upon us, I would also like to take a moment to wish you the very best.

Throughout this season, and as we move into a new (and hopefully better) year, we wish you moments of peace amid the difficulties, connections with family and friends, the warmth of memories from holidays past, and wonderful glimpses of the joy and hope that still live under the surface.

May 2022 bring us all back together with a newfound appreciation for one another.

Happy holidays to you and your loved ones.

    Roberta Iannacito-Provenzano, PhD

CAIS President on behalf of the CAIS Executive

    Carissimi/e colleghi/e

    A nome dell'esecutivo CAIS/ACSI,

    Roberta Iannacito-Provenzano, PhD

    Presidente CAIS/ACSI
